Throughout my experiences living, traveling, and working abroad - I was raised between the Middle East and the United States - one thing has remained consistent: the desire to feed my body with the purest and most wholesome food. That’s why I created Sahtein by Soph.

Sahtein is an Arabic word that literally means “double health”, but is used as an expression meaning enjoy your meal, that conveys the essence of hospitality. In the Middle East, you seldom enter another’s home without being offered something to eat. A word that goes beyond it’s definition to connect people through the passion of food. With so many ingredients native to the region’s kitchens, I wanted to elevate our favorite natural flavors and superfoods in modern, on the go bites. Each product highlights a star ingredient from the Middle East. I can’t wait to share them with you!
